Meet the Artist
Way more than just a little flour and sugar
I was having a conversation in the car awhile back with my 2 sons and my oldest (Johnny) asks my youngest (Eli) "Eli, do you know why mommy's cakes taste so good? Extra whipped cream and love!"
Eli freaks out and says "She kisses the cakes?!?"
LOL
Not quite, but I put all my heart and soul into every cake I make and genuinely view them as an art piece more than an item of food. It's that passion that has gotten me where I am today, and those 2 boys that keep me fighting for my dreams.

I found cake decorating at age 16 watching Ace of Cakes on Food Network and instantly fell in love! I've had the chance to take classes with some of the biggest names in the industry while competing in cake shows throughout the US over the last 7 years.
I pride myself on being a very versatile artist. I don't like getting stuck to one style although I'd say that spooky cakes are for sure my thing!
In 2019 I both became an instructor and finally a Food Network star myself competing on Halloween Wars Season 10 and Food Network Canada's The Big Bake.
When I'm not "caking" I'm raising my 2 wild boys and playing roller derby!

This kid right here is absolutely the future of Anarchy Cake Studio! At only age 7 he's already being commissioned to decorate cakes and has been competing at a national level since age 4. He's one to look out for and totally looking to take over the throne. I couldn't be any more proud!
